Fiti prints is not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address inputted by the buyer.If your package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will be happy toresend, you just have to recover the reshipment cost. Because each item is printed toorder, you are not eligible for a refund for a shipment returned to sender unless the orderis damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, a replacement is not available.
